Products, prices and payment

Nelloica offers different products and collections at different prices. The applicable product page describes the item, what is included, its availability and its price in pounds sterling (GBP). The price applies to the item or collection identified on that page. Products marked out of stock, in development or coming soon are not available to purchase unless expressly offered for pre-order. Any delivery charges and applicable taxes are shown before payment, and checkout displays the final total. Prices may change for future orders; this does not change the price of an order already accepted.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe using the methods offered at checkout. Review the product, quantity, delivery details and final total before paying. Products and collections may use separate checkout links. Check the item, quantity and total in Stripe before paying. If you would like several copies and checkout does not offer your required quantity, contact Nelloica before ordering.

Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and Stripe displays the payment confirmation. Keep that confirmation for your records. Contact us if you do not receive confirmation or need a copy of your order details. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will contact you and refund it.

UK delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only using Royal Mail. The applicable product page and checkout state whether delivery is included or charged separately. Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days after successful payment; this is a dispatch target, not a guaranteed arrival date. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.

Unless we agree otherwise with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days. Contact us if your parcel is delayed, lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address. Please check your delivery address carefully before paying.

Cancellation and change-of-mind returns

For physical products bought online, you may cancel without giving a reason from the time you order until 14 days after the day you receive the goods. Notify us by email or post using the contact details above. You can use the cancellation form below, but you do not have to.

After telling us you wish to cancel, return the goods within a further 14 days, addressed to Nelloica at the returns address above. You pay the direct cost of a change-of-mind return. Please package the goods securely and retain proof of posting.

We refund payments, including any standard delivery charge you paid, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. We may reduce the refund for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Your statutory rights are unaffected. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If goods are faulty or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs. These rights are separate from change-of-mind cancellation rights.

Included digital bonus

The Necto Collection includes the 1,008-question digital companion, accessed using the code supplied with the game. The physical games can be played without a phone. The companion saves access on the browser/device used to unlock it; clearing browser storage or changing devices may require the code again. Keep your code and contact us if you need help. The bonus is not sold separately, and accessing it does not remove your statutory rights for the physical games.
